THE ROOM, THE PARKING PLACE AND THE PRIVATE BEACH ARE AVAILABLE FROM 2 P.M. OF ARRIVAL'S DATE TO 10:00 A.M. OF DEPARTURE'S DATE

The full board service begins with lunch on the day of arrival (12:30 P.M. – 2 P.M.). Unconsumed meals are not refunded. Drinks not included during lunch and dinner.
A parking lot (max 5 meters) for each room is subject to availability. In case of deposit via wire transfer, it must be ordered in max 7 DAYS.
After this term the reservation will canceled. Cancellation / changes made 10 days before arrival date: a fee of € 50,00 will be charged for administrative and sending costs. Free of charge if the deposit is converted alternatively in a voucher for future reservations. Late cancellations (from 10 days before the arrival date) or no show involve the loss of the entire deposit. In case of early departures or late arrival will be charged the entire period booked. If at your arrival you don’t respect the agreement made at the time of booking, as shown above, the management reserves the right to charge the full amount of the stay booked.
Any booking variations must be communicated in writing via email or post. Checks and credit cards American Express / Diner's not accepted


WHAT ARE THE SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE RATE?

Rates are per person/per day (10% VAT included) and they include:

  • buffet breakfast
  • 2 beds and 1umbrella per room, starting from the third row on the beach in front of the hotel
  • for the first row the price is € 10.00 and for the second row is € 8.00 the Third row € 6.00
  • 1 parking space per room
  • wi-fi connection in your room and inside the hotel
  • use of the swimming pool from 9 a.m until 7 p.m.
  • The bikes are available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM for a maximum of 2 hours per day
  • Missed meals do not recover.

DO I HAVE TO PAY THE SUNBED AT THE POOL?

NO, you can have 2 sunbeds for each room(if you choose this option, you won't have your beds on the beach)


DO YOU HAVE TOWELS FOR THE BEACH?

Yes, you can hire them: the price is 5€ each


DOES THE RATE INCLUDE THE TOURIST TAX?

No, the amount for the summer 2024 is € 1,30 per person per day for a maximum of 10 days. Children under the age of 10 don't have to pay it.

In 2024 the tourist tax will start from 1st Juny 2024.


WHAT TIME IS THE CHECK-IN?

From 14:00


AND THE CHECK-OUT?

Until 10.00 a.m.


CAN I CHECK IN BEFORE 12.00?

Early check-in is possible (depending on the availability of the rooms and only in agreement with the management)


WHAT TIME IS THE LATE CHECK-OUT?

You need to leave your room, your parking space and your space on the beach before 10 a.m. If you would like to have a late check out, you need to ask for it to the mangement the day before your leaving.Then you can have your room available until 6 p.m. paying 50% ot the cost of the room.


WHAT ABOUT THE PARKING SPACE?

Your parking space is available from 12 a.m. of your arrrival day until 10 a.m. of your departure day.


CAN I USE THE POOL/THE BEACH IF MY ROOOM IS NOT YET AVAILABLE OR ON THE DEPARTURE DAY?

Of course, and we will be pleased to take care of your luggage and give you a sunbed at the pool or on the beach depending on the availability.


WHAT ARE THE RESTAURANT HOURS?

  • Breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00
  • Lunch from 12:30 to 14:00
  • Dinner from 19:30 to 21:00

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

No, and we rely on your understanding if pets are not allowed in the hotel.


HOW CAN I PAY?

Cash until € 14.999.00 (in agreement with Italian laws until 1st July 2024) By credit card, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEXO, BANCOMAT.


WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IN ORDER TO CONFIRM MY ROOM?

A €200 deposit for each room to be sent via bank transfer


Beach and Parking on the day of Departure

At a cost of only € 30.00, on the day of departure, you can take advantage of a beach and parking space. This possibility is subject to hotel availability.


CANCELLATION POLICY FROM 1st APRIL 2024

  • Cancellation / changes made 7 days before the arrival date: a fee of € 50,00 will be charged for administrative and sending costs. Late cancellations or no show involve the loss of the entire deposit. In case of early departures (one day or more) will be charged the entire period booked. The rooms booked are available from 2:00 pm on arrival day untill 10:00 am of the departure's day.
  • Please note that in case of no show you will lose the entire amount of the deposit.
  • If at your arrival you don’t respect the agreement made at the time of booking, as shown above, the management reserves the right to deduct the full amount of the stay booked.
  • Any booking variations must be communicate at least 7 days before arrival, in writing via email, fax or post.

CAN I BOOK A TRANSFER?

You can book it in advance to/from airports and train stations. Tha cost of the service will be given upon request
